This site contains information on the High Museum of Art housed in The Robert W. Woodruff Arts Center. Most of the images and information contained here concerns the permanent collection (European and American Art, 20th-Century Furniture, The Art of Sub-Saharan Africa, American Decorative Art) and forthcoming special exhibitions (e.g., Treasures of Venice--Paintings from the Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest; Jacob Lawrence--The Migration Series), but information about art courses and family workshops offered by the High is also included. In addition, the site contains information on the High's ongoing series of folk art and photography as well as documentary and historical films. There is also general information about the founding and history of the Museum.
